Through this, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, build your expertise and leadership skills while making a real impact on iconic Kenvue brands. This position would start in one of our three core positions within the sales function: Insights, Pricing & Promotions Analytics Category Solutions & Insights Customer Teams & Development Within the role, you will be provided the opportunity for strong learning & development and the chance to grow your skills through formal and on-the-job training. Upon completion of the internship, top-performing candidates may be considered for full-time roles in the following fiscal year. Key Responsibilities Shaping customer recommendations inclusive of new product innovations, merchandising initiatives, and providing an assessment of risks/opportunities Identifying, quantifying, tracking, and communicating business results against key priorities in partnership with internal stakeholders Delivering on customer account team business target of assigned Kenvue brands, supported by the shopper, category, and product/brand insights and analytics Collaborating with customer teams, sales strategy, and brand marketing to lead and craft growth-driving opportunities Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliverables Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales promotions What we are looking for Required Qualifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Eligible to complete a 4-month internship term in Ontario, Markham.
