More specifically, you will be required to: Design and produce online training and material for virtual classes. Create attractive visuals and interactive content to enhance the learner experience. Provide technical support and advice on how to make the most of training development tools. Ensure the quality and compliance of modules, including certification applications. Participate in planning the work to be carried out and continuously improving methods and tools. Stay on top of trends and propose innovative solutions. What you bring to the table Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in multimedia, graphic design or a related field A minimum of three years of relevant experience, including 2 years of e-learning development experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline software Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Intermediate-level knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, Illustrator, JavaScript and Photoshop Decision quality, Situational adaptability Desjardins it's a world of career possibilities.
