Reporting to the Head of Asian Market Solutions, the Private Lending Associate is a key cross-functional role that combines sales support and administrative responsibilities. This role is designed to directly support a Regional Director, acting as the primary liaison between advisors, clients, and internal teams. The successful candidate will contribute to both the growth of the region and the delivery of specialized lending solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) clients. This includes responding to advisor inquiries, preparing lending documentation, managing end-to-end application processes, and identifying opportunities to expand business. You will be assigned sales targets and are expected to provide white-glove support throughout the lending journey. Position Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client service & Sales support. Supporting the Regional Director in business development and regional growth initiatives. Provide consistent, high-quality support to HNW clients and advisors. Act as the first point of contact for specialized lending requests in the assigned region for servicing matters. Assist in the preparation and follow up of client meetings and lending proposals. Respond to advisors and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Investigate and resolve client issues efficiently. Identify and share cross-sell opportunities across business lines. Stay current on market trends relevant to lending, insurance and investments. Credit administration & documentation Coordinate end-to-end loan documentation: application intake, review package, and submission. Track deal progress, ensure timely completion to funding. Maintain accurate and compliant lending files per audit and regulatory standards. Liaise with operations teams to support lending execution. Internal collaboration and operations Manage the administration and logistics of internal and client meetings for the Regional Director. Ensure security and proper handling of all client-related documentation and correspondence. Recommend enhancements to processes, systems, and reporting tools. Participate actively in sales team events, meetings, and planning sessions. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 yrs of experience in banking or financial services. Prior experience supporting HNW clients and understanding lending products. Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Strong attention to detail and proven organizational ability. Comfortable in fast-paced, high-demand environments with minimal direct supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in Cantonese is an asset. Experience using Salesforce is an asset.
