Q4 is hiring a Vice President of Product to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of its flagship B2B platform. This high-impact role will oversee the core application layer, reimagine the customer experience with an AI-first approach, and build a scalable, next-generation product organization.
In this executive leadership role, you’ll own the roadmap, drive AI innovation, and guide a cross-functional team in transforming the platform into the dominant solution in its market. With direct influence over the platform experience, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the long-term product vision while delivering fast, measurable impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proven product leader who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments, has scaled platforms end-to-end, and is comfortable balancing strategic vision with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and performance for the core SaaS platform.
Lead the application layer experience across web and front-end capabilities.
Champion AI-first thinking and identify opportunities for transformative innovation.
Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and future leaders.
Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to ensure cross-functional success.
Influence stakeholders and peers without direct authority.
Balance short-term execution with long-term strategy and innovation.
Represent product direction and progress with senior executives and partners.
What You Bring
12+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 5 years in a senior or VP-level leadership role.
Experience owning complex, scalable, customer-facing platform products.
Proven success in delivering AI-driven or data-rich solutions.
Strong technical fluency and ability to lead architecture and API conversations.
Background in fintech or financial SaaS is a strong asset.
Experience in customer-facing or go-to-market roles preferred.
Executive presence, resilience, and a clear bias for action.
Demonstrated conviction in shaping and pursuing a well-founded vision, informed by data, research, and strategic insight.
