URGENT: Executive Assistant to Practitioner (international experience as an EA is required)

Description
Organize and prioritize incoming emails, appointments, and meetings for the practice owner using Google Workspace.
Review daily to-do lists and help the executive stay focused on critical priorities.
Monitor and manage incoming voicemails via Zoom Phone, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Book appointments for both professional and personal matters (e.g., client meetings, healthcare visits, personal errands).
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies or furniture, coordinating with vendors, and tracking orders.
Help organize digital files, records, and reports related to the behavioral health practice.
Coordinate personal errands, reminders, and general life management tasks to free up executive focus.
Communicate with other staff members on behalf of the executive when delegating or tracking tasks.
Help streamline administrative workflows and maintain an organized digital environment across platforms.
Hard Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator (healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional English fluency.
Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Strong tech proficiency, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Zoom, and task management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Empathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent—comfortable working in a behavioral health setting.
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
8AM–5PM US Mountain Standard Time
