We're seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including hands-on work with Ratings, Product Model, and Account Data Load (ADL). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance, exposure to ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter, and a proven ability to deliver clear, actionable user stories in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for all PolicyCenter-related initiatives.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Personal Lines products and processes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and configuration teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support policy configuration, product modeling, rating setup, and ADL processes within PolicyCenter.
- Work cross-functionally to align PolicyCenter integrations with ClaimsCenter and BillingCenter.
- Participate in user story creation, grooming, and acceptance testing in an Agile environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide functional expertise for enhancements and defect fixes.
