About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and analytically driven leader to join our team as the Director, Portfolio Management. In this role, you will oversee the enterprise portfolio of projects and investments, ensuring financial accuracy, effective governance, and transparent reporting. You’ll play a critical role in driving portfolio insights that guide executive decision-making, enable resource optimization, and communicate project performance across the company. What You’ll Do Oversee the enterprise investment portfolio across both capital and operating expense projects. Track, analyze, and report on portfolio health, benefits, and strategic investment alignment. Partner with Finance and Accounting to reconcile portfolio financials monthly, quarterly, and annually. Prepare and deliver executive-level portfolio reporting and presentations for the Acceleration Office (AO) and senior leadership. Manage variance analysis, business case tracking, and benefits realization reporting. Develop and deliver portfolio updates and performance summaries for all levels of the organization. Lead annual enterprise planning activities, including demand intake, prioritization, and resource alignment. Ensure portfolio execution aligns with strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Promote transparency and accountability in investment and reporting processes company-wide. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in portfolio management, program/project management, or a related area. Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, including capital and expense management. Proven ability to produce clear and concise executive reporting and cross-functional communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing enterprise-scale portfolios. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree preferred. Certifications: Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or equivalent, PMP or PgMP Proven experience partnering with Finance and Accounting on reconciliation and investment planning. Advanced presentation, data visualization, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with portfolio management tools, PPM platforms, and financial systems. Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide, Toronto in September 2026. The hiring base salary range for this position is $133,400 to $183,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
