In this key role, you will play a key part in promptly distributing incoming tasks, as well as handling data entry/processing work that directly influences the customer experience. To support your success, we will provide thorough training on our systems, triage workflows, and insurance fundamentals. Join our team! What You will Be Doing: Process incoming tasks from brokers and partners across Canada using multiple internal systems Interpret broker requests and triage them according to established guidelines and procedures Complete straightforward service tasks as requested by brokers Handle live calls from brokers via a triage queue, assisting with basic inquiries Communicate with underwriting teams and brokers to gather missing information when needed Navigate triage queues efficiently, prioritizing the oldest tasks to maintain service standards Understand and uphold service level expectations to ensure timely task completion What You will Bring: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role Background in insurance is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong multitasking skills and a quick learning curve Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus, accuracy, and speed Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based/internal systems Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Bilingualism (English & French) is an asset A genuine interest in building a career in the general insurance industry What you’ll get Compelling rewards package including base compensation, eligibility for annual bonus, retirement savings, share plan, health benefits, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities.
