Minimum Requirements: Trade Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a relevant maintenance-based trade, or extended experience in a maintenance-based field of operations Five years of trade-based experience, Mine Mobile experience is an asset. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to evaluate, interpret, and integrate information from various sources Proficient in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. A strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling concepts, tools and techniques, and performance measures Understanding of the OEMS Manage Maintenance Process is an asset Responsibilities: Develop detailed, logical, and comprehensive maintenance scopes of work ensuring all required resources including labor, materials, services, equipment, tools, and assets are included into the completed work package Accountable for effective fleet planning and coordination with scheduling along with workplan auditing to ensure quality job packages Stewardship to KPI’s to ensure adherence to business unit and corporate objectives Optimize the sequencing of released job plans by considering factors such as multi-craft alignment, travel, and permitting requirements, mobilization needs, and equipment transport logistics Manage work within identified constraints, escalating unresolved issues beyond the role's scope to the appropriate level (e.g. material arrival delays, labor capacity limitations) Maintain the integrity of the backlog and understand outstanding work within area of responsibility Collaborate with Execution, Planning, Reliability, SCM, and other stakeholders to ensure all work is valid and ready to schedule Identify risks related to the work and develop safe work plans to mitigate found risks Develop, maintain, and utilize a robust job plan library (task lists) for all types of work, including high frequency break-in work when required Consult repair history of equipment where available to make informed decisions on work scopes and to identify potential repeat issues Support implementation of Reliability asset strategies; build and maintain required task lists in collaboration with program planners Location and Key Details: You will work out of our Base Plant site in Fort McMurray, Alberta Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday If you reside outside of Fort McMurray, relocation of your primary residence to within 60 km of Fort McMurray is mandatory.
