New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Supervisor at our Stoneridge Gas Bar in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

What you’ll do:
Provide an excellent customer experience
Provide direction to Team Members in the Gas Bar
Operate gas pumps, cleaning windshields, and checking oil levels
Process fuel and merchandise payments through the cash register
Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and other supervisory tasks to support the Gas Bar Team Leader
Order, receive, unpack and display merchandise as necessary
Prepare the daily pump and cash reconciliation reports
Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain the store standards of cleanliness
Other duties, as assigned

Who you are and what you have:
Strong communication skills
Supervisory experience is required
Previous Gas Bar experience is an asset
Able to work independently and in a team
Strong math skills and basic computer skills
Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 50lbs
Availability to work on a very flexible schedule (Morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends)
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
