OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking talented and experienced Governance Project Coordinator to join our Mariner team for client-based projects. In collaboration with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, technical experts, and/or vendors, you will deliver best of breed solutions to new and existing customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:
Coordinate scheduling, prepare agendas and materials, document meeting minutes, and track follow-ups on actions, decisions, and risks.
Maintain membership lists, manage onboarding/offboarding, and control user access to JIRA, Confluence.
Prepare and distribute governance reports summarizing attendance, statuses, and key updates.
Use standardized tools and templates (e.g., JIRA) to record and track decisions, actions, and risks
Maintain records across platforms like Confluence to ensure version control and accessibility.
Gather stakeholder feedback, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance governance coordination practices
WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:
Post-secondary education in a health-related field (e.g., health sciences, health informatics, public health, or a related discipline) or equivalent training and relevant experience supporting clinical information system (CIS) projects or digital health programs
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience supporting governance documentation within a CIS program or similar clinical digital health initiative and Proficient in Coordinating governance meetings and coordinating the production of CIS-related governance reports
Proficient in maintaining accurate and timely decisions, action, and risk logs in support of governance processes.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Coordinator overseeing and managing stakeholders, multiple workstreams, governance groups/committees, and assisting with complex forecast scheduling for CIS.
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
Training in Project management methodologies (Prosci, APMP, Lean Six Sigma, Process improvement training, or equivalent) would be considered an asset.
