What a Marketing Manager will do here…
This role calls for a hands-on leader and strategic thinker with the work ethic to transform marketing goals into measurable results. The Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind our brand positioning, responsible for defining the overall marketing strategy, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring every effort aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
Marketing Strategy & Ownership: Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and customer acquisition across all global markets.
Performance & Channel Management: Direct the management and optimization of all digital marketing channels (including paid media, SEO, social, and email) with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Content & Thought Leadership: Define and oversee the inbound marketing strategy, ensuring C-Therm is positioned as the authoritative thought leader in our industry through high-quality, targeted content.
Global Market Localization: Strategically adapt, localize, and manage global marketing campaigns to maximize their effectiveness and relevance across diverse international markets.
Budget & Vendor Management: Take ownership of the marketing budget, managing external agency relationships, and evaluating new marketing technologies to enhance efficiency.
Data, Reporting, & Insights: Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), interpret complex marketing data, and present actionable strategic insights to the leadership team.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead qualification, effective sales enablement, and overall revenue alignment.
Event Marketing Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and execute our participation in key industry trade shows and special events to generate high-quality leads and strengthen brand presence.
Marketing Automation & Tech Stack: Oversee the optimization of the marketing technology stack (including AI tools) to improve lead nurturing workflows, scoring, and overall funnel efficiency.
What will make you a perfect candidate…
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or an Engineering-related field.
Proven experience (5+ years preferred) managing or leading a marketing function, ideally in a B2B or technical/scientific industry.
Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies that are directly related to sales growth.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, define core KPIs, and translate results into strategic adjustments.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills—clearly articulating strategy to senior leadership.
Proficiency with CRM software (SalesForce experience is a significant asset) and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable taking full ownership of the marketing results.
