As our Flooring Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within the territory and assigned customers. You will manage existing client accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities. This position requires travel throughout the territory as necessary to promote our products and strengthen customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.
Manage a territory effectively, with regular travel to visit clients and job sites.
Conduct on-site product sampling and warranty inspections for both commercial and residential flooring.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager, Sales, and Warehouse teams to meet client needs.
Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide insights to the Sales Manager.
Search relevant bid sites (including government platforms) for new opportunities and prepare competitive bid packages and proposals.
Assist with order management and ensure smooth flow of quotations, sales orders, and documentation using SYSPRO.
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget tracking related to sales activities.
Represent Charles R. Bell Limited professionally at all times and support the strategic growth of the division.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales-related role; industry knowledge considered an asset.
Post-secondary education or training in a relevant field is considered an asset.
Strong time management, project planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and proposals.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Valid driver’s license and passport are required.
Willingness and flexibility to travel within the province and occasionally within North America.
