At this time, we are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking Assistant Resident Manager to join us at 40 Mount Pleasant Avenue in St. John’s, NL. This position is 10 hours per week of cleaning plus on-call coverage. If you enjoy interacting with others, are passionate about providing a clean and safe environment for residents, and take pride in a job well done, this may be the role for you!
What you will do:
• Shared on-call responsibilities;
• Cleaning duties;
• Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls;
• First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues.
Who you are:
• Previous experience in cleaning, basic maintenance, and customer service;
• Strong communication and time management skills;
• Previous experience in the Property Management industry;
• Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
