The Supply Aide is responsible for maintaining adequate Just-In-Time stock in all clinical areas, surveying inventory items and distributing those supplies appropriately; acting as a liaison between Materials Management and the user areas, replenishing stock as required.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Practical experience in Hospital Materials Management computer data information system
- Knowledge of Stores inventory systems
- Good communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
- Bar coding knowledge an asset
