What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for an Entry-Level IT Administrator to join the Protocase/45Drives team in Sydney, Nova Scotia. If you thrive on solving problems, enjoy multitasking, and are eager to learn and grow in the IT field, this is the role for you! Roles and responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripherals (e.g., printers, switches).
Test and troubleshoot computer hardware for functionality for employees
Install and configure software as needed.
Maintain and optimize our network infrastructure.
Manage servers and ensure uptime.
Provide responsive technical assistance to employees.
About You:
You are a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on finding solutions and keeping systems running smoothly. With a strong sense of curiosity and a drive to learn, you're excited to grow your skills while supporting a dynamic and innovative team. With that in mind, some things that can help your application stand out could be the following:
A technical diploma in an IT program (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and networking (an asset).
