We are seeking a passionate Content professional with the drive, spirit and experience to bring targeted, creative and effective partnerships and activations to life.
About the Role:
In this 12-month opportunity, the Advisor, Content, will support and assist in developing ATCO Content and Social Media. This involves fostering and strengthening internal and agency relationships with an eye to developing industry leading content strategies. This position will play a key role in supporting video and photograph creation by supporting our multiple groups of businesses.
What You Get to Do:
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with ATCO’s business objectives and marketing mix
Lead the planning, collection, and management of video and photographic assets
Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of marketing materials
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and agency partners
Support the development and maintenance of the corporate marketing calendar
Advise on media buying, promotions, and best practices
Write scripts and plan productions for video and multimedia content
Support and guide agency partners in content development and production
Lead marketing campaigns across all channels, including web, social media, email, and events
Travel to international ATCO destinations to capture authentic stories and visuals
Execute social media content plans and grow ATCO’s online presence
Develop presentations and creative pitches for internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or related field
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Project management skills
Solid experience with content management and digital content measurement
Demonstrated knowledge of communication principles in a corporate setting
Experience writing for and managing various platforms, including the web and social media
Proven corporate experience developing content for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the Corporate Office and with ATCO companies
Customer service focus and internal stakeholder engagement mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment,
Skilled in exercising discretion, judgment, diplomacy and confidentiality
Demonstrate strong organizational skills by effectively managing multiple projects at the same time
Consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule, while paying close attention to detail
Ability to travel 20-30 days annually
A valid class 5 driver’s license
Experience working with marketing agencies, their systems and processes, is an asset
Production experience is an asset
French is considered an asset
