YOUR CHALLENGES
The Branch Network Manager supports the Director, Client Relations & Branch Network in managing and developing the Eastern branches. They provide strategic and operational guidance to branch managers, ensure consistency of practices, and act as a facilitator between branches and central functions. They actively contribute to achieving performance, quality, and customer experience objectives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Supervision
Supervise the managers of the Eastern branches;
Ensure consistency in operations, management practices, and customer experience across the network;
Support managers in resolving operational and human-related issues.
Operational Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve branch processes;
Collaborate with internal functions (Logistics, HR, IT, CRC) to provide effective support to field teams;
Participate in the analysis of performance indicators and implement action plans.
Leadership and Engagement
Foster a motivating and collaborative work environment;
Encourage the development of skills among managers and their teams;
Ensure smooth communication between branches and central functions.
Strategic Alignment
Work closely with the CRC and Branches Director to ensure alignment of priorities and initiatives;
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving network efficiency;
Contribute to the strategic planning of the branch network.
SPECIFIC SUCCESS MEASURES
Achieve the ECR for the branches;
Branch Kosto market share;
Inventory turnover.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5 years of experience in team management;
Strong leadership, team management, and talent development skills;
Experience in operational optimization, continuous improvement, and KPI analysis;
Ability to ensure consistency of practices and strategic alignment within a network;
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills;
Strong focus on performance, service quality, and customer experience;
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
Bilingualism required (French and English, spoken and written).
