Check In Coordinator

As a Check In Coordinator, you are responsible for all Yard activities, including the Check-in and Check out of Trailers, as well as Operations/Dispatch duties and responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include:
• Perform daily yard checks, ensure all units (customer-owned and parked) are accounted for
• Manager Trailer check-ins/check-outs with proper documentation and photos
• Consult with other departments to ensure trailers requiring repairs are processed
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of trailers/transportation industry is an asset
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• A team player who takes initiative and a learner attitude
