In this role, you’ll guide stakeholders across our SAP landscapes to ensure our platforms are secure, scalable and future-ready to drive measurable business outcomes. What you’ll do Drive strategic SAP technology and architecture decisions that support business objectives Lead the design and evolution of S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition landscapes, focusing on RISE with SAP Define and implement SAP Enterprise Architecture methodology to align IT investments with transformation goals Oversee SAP-SAP and non-SAP integrations, ensuring secure, scalable connectivity Champion mature ABAP development practices, including test-driven development and SAP Clean Core principles Shape strategy and execution for BTP account design, costing, service provisioning and maximizing ROI Provide architectural guidance for SAP Build apps, automation, and extensibility scenarios Promote best practices for SAP UI/UX, data, integration, and extensibility Ensure SAP landscape best practices and support upgrades with minimal disruption Integrate AI and automation into SAP processes for innovation and efficiency Leverage SAP for Me to monitor and optimize solution health Ensure compliance with governance and ALM practices Apply Activate methodology for predictable, business-aligned implementations Engage with the SAP Community to stay current and contribute best practices What we’re looking for Relationship-builder who can coach, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams Hands-on expertise in SAP technologies and the ability to translate architecture decisions into clear business value Ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders in RISE with SAP and cloud transformation contexts Governance mindset ensuring compliance, security, and scalability across SAP landscapes Critical thinker with intellectual curiosity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communicator who can influence at business and technical levels Visionary leader who can balance governance with agility in fast-moving projects What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field. At least 10 years of progressive experience in SAP and enterprise technology architecture (or equivalent) Familiarity with SAP for Me, Event Mesh, API Management, CAP, SAP Graph, One Domain Model, Core/AI Foundation, RPA, workflow automation, identity and access management, datasphere governance, metadata and master data integration, Cloud ALM and Amazon Web Services considered an asset.
