Hiring Unit: Desautels Faculty of Management Position Summary: The casual part-time temporary remote position opens the virtual meeting (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, etc.); assumes the role of host; admits participants; takes attendance; creates & launches breakout room exercises as per instructor directives; creates & launches polls; oversees the chat function for relevant comments and/or questions; drops handout documents in the chat; manages the whiteboard and annotation; instructs participants where to locate the course evaluation link or drops the link for custom programs in the chat; at the end of the program; provides support for participants with any technical difficulties.
