Pro & Go Technician
The Pro&Go Technician is responsible for performing electro-acoustical testing using ProGo software, completing final order verification, and ensuring product quality through adherence to ISO standards. This role supports the production team by maintaining accurate testing processes, identifying non-conformances, and ensuring that all hearing instruments meet Sonova’s quality expectations before delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Perform electro-acoustical tests using ProGo test and configuration software• Conduct final visual and listening inspections to ensure product quality• Collect and record information on non-conforming products for analysis• Perform Wireless Quality Tests (WQT) and verify system functionality• Complete final order confirmation and invoicing steps• Maintain and calibrate test stations and related equipment• Adhere to all ISO Quality Policy Manual standards and company procedures
More about you:
• Elementary education or equivalent required; secondary education preferred• Entry-level role with no prior experience required; experience in hearing aid ANSI testing is an asset• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and good hand-eye coordination• Ability to follow work instructions precisely and maintain consistency in testing procedures• Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills• Capable of identifying order inconsistencies and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
