Our IS Consultants deliver exceptional service by providing support of Precision Ag items that add value to customers. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.
Responsibilities
Provide Precision Ag customer consultation & solutions
Interpret customer data, provide training & support for systems
Sales of products/services linking customer ag needs w/equipment
Develop relationships with all internal depts
Stay up to date on latest John Deere equipment & tech
Plan/facilitate customer demo, clinic events, field start ups
Reporting & record keeping
Assist in training for all staff
Requirements
Excellent communication, public speaking, and training skills
1-2 years’ experience working in ag or related role
Dealership sales, service, training experience in ag
Knowledge/familiarity with tech used in ag equipment
Ability to use desktop and internet systems
Travel within designated area
Work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, holidays
A valid Class 5 Drivers License
