The Opportunity
Altera Digital Health is looking for a Client Success Executive (CSE) to be the ultimate partner and advocate for our clients.
In this role, you are the voice of the client to Altera and the voice of Altera to the client. Your mission is to ensure our partners don't just use our solutions; they thrive with them. You will be the single point of executive ownership, responsible for driving robust adoption, building unshakeable relationships, and ensuring our clients realize the maximum value from their partnership with Altera.
This isn't just account management. You are a trusted advisor, a strategic planner, and the key driver of our clients' long-term success.
What You'll Do
You will develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. You'll facilitate high-level strategic planning sessions to align Altera's solutions and roadmaps with the client's highest organizational priorities.
Serve as the primary executive escalation point and the client's biggest advocate within Altera. You'll navigate complex challenges with poise, from coordinating service initiatives to resolving financial and contractual items.
Proactively identify opportunities for clients to gain more value from our solutions. You'll lead strategic operational reviews, identify "quick wins" for your clients, and explore expansion opportunities that deepen our partnership.
You are relentless about client success. You will promote and track client health via Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other KPIs, identify and grow reference accounts, and share client success stories that highlight improved outcomes.
Represent Altera leadership at client meetings, tradeshows, and conferences. You'll deliver key communications, maintain meticulous internal reporting (Client 360), and ensure your clients are always prepared for what's next in the industry.
There will be 20-30% travel expected for this role, across N.America.
What You'll Bring
Proven success in high-level client account management, client success, or strategic consulting.
Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the healthcare industry is essential. You understand its practices, trends, and the technical landscape of healthcare software (EHRs, etc.).
Relationship Skills: A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, C-suite-level relationships. You are a natural advisor who builds trust effortlessly.
Adaptability: You are flexible, resilient, and experienced in managing diverse and complex client situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but your equivalent experience is what truly counts.
