Partnering closely with CIBC’s Inclusion leadership team, the Associate, Inclusion is responsible for building internal/external interactions, delivering annual programming, updates, administration as well as proactive management of the function. Leveraging an outcome-oriented approach to enhance employee engagement, the Associate will support events, relationship management and partnerships. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How you’ll succeed Support delivery of the global inclusion strategy – Coordinate the activity, administration and operations of the inclusion team to maximize business outcomes, including: budget planning and invoice processing, records management, team meetings, managing the Inclusion Mailbox, etc. External profile – Support the Director in executing on initiatives that extend CIBC’s brand equity as a bank and employer of choice including website updates and external stakeholder management. Support enterprise activations that promote belonging and create opportunity – Collaborate with partners to proactively plan and execute on inclusion related events, support messaging, research and analysis, activations across owned channels and more. Provide support to the Inclusion leadership team – Be a support to the leadership team with the development, administration, and execution of their annual plans.
