As a Project Manager, you will collaborate across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and with a high degree of quality. You’ll play an active part in streamlining processes and supporting the continuous improvement of our operations. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, applying technology to support business goals, and ensuring processes align with our standards and security requirements.
As a Project Manager at Angus Reid Group, you will:
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project specifications, and document and share project schedules, logistics, and details through project management tools and email.
Assist with authoring surveys and implementing sampling plans developed by researchers, and monitor progress against quotas.
Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project life cycle.
Manage and analyze data using leading market research platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate across internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Proactively identify potential issues and recommend effective solutions.
This may be the right opportunity for you if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, College Diploma, or equivalent experience.
1–2+ years of experience in a similar role (market research, project coordination, or operations preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and critically.
Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Prior survey programming or market research experience is an asset (but not required).
Technical skills such as JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS are considered an advantage.

In determining salary, Angus Reid Group considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, with the upper portion typically reserved for tenured employees who have developed extensive job knowledge and expertise within the company.
Home office stipend, monthly internet stipend and cellphone stipend.
