Join our collaborative team for the Winter 2026 Co-Op term, where you’ll help shape digital content and support social media marketing across our properties. This role is ideal for a student with strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for creating engaging content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Creation
Capture and edit photo and video content for our various properties
Help plan and schedule posts across multiple platforms (ex. Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).
Write and edit engaging captions that reflect our brand voice.
Monitor and respond to community interactions.
Track performance metrics and share ideas to improve engagement.
Stay up to date on social trends and platform updates.
Marketing Materials & Communications
Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral, including posters, digital screens, email advisories, and more.
Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Assist in drafting internal and external communications related to marketing initiatives.
Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
Assist with various administrative marketing tasks as needed.
Support ongoing marketing projects and initiatives to enhance brand presence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong photography and video filming/editing skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premier Pro, CapCut, or similar preferred.
Passionate about storytelling and digital brand building.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Eager for exposure to best-practice real estate processes and procedures.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions in a deadline-driven environment.
