Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Production & Risk Service group is looking for a seasoned application support lead for our Aiden (Artificial Intelligence) platform. We support fast-paced global businesses with evolving needs and requirements. Your ability to take ownership of our production estate combined with a natural sense of curiosity and pride in a job well done will help you success in the role. What will you do? Responsible for ensuring maximum system availability, prompt and accurate remediation and response to issues and requests Proactive management and governance of our applications and platforms along driving IT governance and de-risking initiatives Leverage automation to drive efficiency and to improve the soundness of our operating environment Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, standing order guidelines, and governance best practices Liaise between Business, Technology, Compliance, Surveillance, and Functional groups to help conduct regular review to help evolve our platform and to ensure the connectivity required to achieve our collective objectives Provide effective incident, problem and release management and regular project updates to stakeholders and the business along providing white-glove service to our business users. Lead effective knowledge sharing, documentation, and cross training to help maximize coverage and work to improve the robust of our follow-the-sun operating model What do you need to succeed? Must-have: Experience with Generative AI, candidate needs to have a understanding of LLM usage via API gateways along with monitoring of usage along with tools to proactively monitor application health, responsiveness (ie. Dynatrace, Grafana, Pagerduty, ITRS) Experience with Postgres SQL or other equivalent relationship database. Ability to write on the fly database statements Experience with code deployments and job executions in Databricks, as well as management of workspaces along with consistently seeking to automate; strong scripting skill (ie. Python) Experience and knowledge of containerized deployments and management of pods and configurations Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent Nice-to-have: Disciplined approach to document all processes, issues and user stores in Confluence and Jira, along with strong analytical/critical thinking and ability to continuously multitask and manage priorities. Exposure to Capital Markets or Investment Banking Experience with Intelligent Operations and AI Ops Experience with the ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management platform (such as Service Now) What is in it for you?
