Job Description What is the role: Manages the planning, organization and implementation of projects. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments. The T&O Real Estate Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of real estate projects, including planning, design, occupancy, and relocation of employees, equipment, and assets to new or renovated spaces, ensuring successful project delivery and minimal disruption to business operations through coordination with internal stakeholders, CRE, external vendors, and contractors. What will you do? Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of project team. Managing all aspects of projects. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project. Ensuring adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals. Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project. What do you need to succeed? Must have: 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects 2-3 years of corporate real estate knowledge – familiarity with design, renovation and relocation projects Experience in managing external vendors and contractors to ensure timelines and requirements are met 2-3 years of strong stakeholder/relationship Management – strong communication skills (via email, presentations) and work effectively with stakeholders across various levels Nice to have: RBC Corporate Real Estate knowledge Certification in Project management Knowledge of facilities management and operations What’s in it for you?
