We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Specialist to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure supporting our hybrid environments. This role bridges development and IT operations, driving automation, continuous delivery, and infrastructure modernization across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Automate provisioning, configuration management, and environment setup for on-premise and cloud environments
Manage and optimize Linux-based systems across hybrid infrastructures
Develop and maintain containerized environments for scalable application deployment
Design, build, and optimize robust GitLab CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, deployment, and delivery across hybrid environments
Configure, scale, and maintain GitLab Runners for high availability, performance, and efficient resource utilization
Automate deployment, configuration, and updates for servers, services, and applications
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth, automated code releases
Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and Runner operations, driving continuous improvement and operational resilience
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure uptime and resilience
Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response and postmortems
Manage and support AWS, Azure, or other cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, IAM)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across compute, storage, network, and OS layers
Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure stability, compliance, and best practices
Maintain clear and accurate documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational procedures
Promote a culture of automation, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles, or related roles managing automated, scalable systems in cloud or hybrid environments
Hands-on expertise in Ansible, or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on expertise in Docker or equivalent
Hands-on expertise in RKE2, Kubernetes or equivalent
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or equivalent
Strong background in Linux systems administration
Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong sense of ownership, operational awareness, and accountability
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally across development, infrastructure, security, networking and legacy systems
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go 
Bonus Points:
Experience with hybrid or on-prem cloud deployments
Experience with on-prem networking automation (switches, firewalls, etc.)
Familiarity with AI-driven automation and optimization in DevOps workflows
Experienced with CI/CD workflows in large monorepositories
Experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployment management
Experience contributing to backup automation, cost optimization, or infrastructure modernization initiatives
Passion for continuous improvement, reliability engineering, and DevOps culture
