Job Responsibilities:
Drive Growth
Lead and manage multiple locations to achieve client satisfaction and financial performance.
Set and align client priorities to deliver exceptional service and ensure contract retention.
Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new products and services in collaboration with clients.
Build strong partnerships with internal departments and serve as a customer advocate.
Represent Aramark in the community through civic engagement and professional activities.
Guide your team through the sales process and collaborate with regional and corporate support teams.
Optimize Cost & Productivity
Achieve labor and food cost targets across your district.
Manage a diverse workforce across multiple sites and organizational levels.
Develop strategic operational plans aligned with client goals and sustainability practices.
Collaborate with regional leaders and unit managers to enhance financial performance and productivity.
Lead People
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing management team.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
Inspire and engage teams through recognition programs like Encore.
Promote effective labor relations and cross-district collaboration.
Deliver Financial Results
Take full P&L ownership for a portfolio generating $30–$80M in revenue.
Leverage contract terms to drive growth and margin improvements.
Maintain records in compliance with Aramark, government, and accrediting standards.
Develop accurate forecasts and manage monthly financial outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (master’s degree is an asset).
10+ years of progressive management experience in complex, multi-site or multi-departmental operations.
Proven success in high-volume P&L and budget management.
Strong leadership in diverse environments with a focus on client service and business growth.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and participate in regional/national initiatives.
Open to relocation within the assigned market.
