We are seeking a proactive and organized Operative Assistant to support our operations in Quebec. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functionality, assisting with project logistics, and supporting internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Office
Maintain office functionality and coordinate with service providers.
Manage office security, access, and reception services.
Oversee meeting facilities, catering, kitchen, and supply logistics.
Support onboarding processes for office facilities.
Provide local support for recruitment logisticsSupport internal communication initiatives
Assist with marketing tasks as needed.
Project Administration
Assist with project-related logistics (e.g., working clothes, manning).
Prepare documentation for site visits and coordinate meeting logistics.
What we are looking for
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SharePoint & Teams.
Open-minded, proactive, and flexible with a hands-on approach.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Experience with international teams or construction/maritime environments is a plus.
Awareness of Health & Safety practices is beneficial.
