Job Description
Your Revenue Impact
As our Director of Marketing, you'll be directly accountable for driving 15% year-over-year revenue growth through strategic digital initiatives and portfolio optimization. This role demands proven expertise in translating marketing investments into measurable bottom-line results.
Strategic Leadership
Develop revenue-focused marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio, from fine dining flagships to event venues
Own P&L impact across all marketing channels, with quarterly revenue accountability
Lead market expansion initiatives supporting new concept development and location rollouts
Digital Revenue Mastery
Drive sophisticated CRM strategies optimizing customer lifetime value and retention
Execute advanced marketing automation across platforms to maximize conversion rates
Leverage predictive analytics to identify high-value customer segments and revenue opportunities
Multi-Brand Portfolio Excellence
Create bespoke marketing strategies for each concept while identifying cross-promotional revenue synergies
Manage brand positioning for award-winning restaurants alongside corporate event venues
Balance individual brand integrity with portfolio-wide revenue optimization
Team & Budget Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on revenue metrics
Manage $3M+ annual marketing budget with demonstrable ROI accountability
Report directly to executive leadership on marketing performance and business impact
Qualifications
8+ years progressive marketing leadership with proven revenue growth track record
Experience managing marketing budgets exceeding $2M with demonstrated ROI optimization
Expertise in digital marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation
Strategic leadership experience with multi-brand or multi-location businesses
Hospitality Leadership Preferred:
Experience in hospitality, food service, luxury retail, or premium consumer brands strongly preferred
Understanding of guest journey optimization and experience marketing
Knowledge of reservation systems, loyalty programs, and hospitality-specific metrics
Revenue-Driving Competencies:
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and attribution modeling
Experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise CRM platforms
Proven ability to optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition costs
Strong financial acumen with P&L accountability experience
Legally eligible to work in Canada
