This role will be for the day shift (7am-3pm) and/or the afternoon shift (3pm-11pm).

What you'll do
Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment for PCB assembly.
Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers according to production schedules.
Inspect components and boards to ensure placement accuracy and solder quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve common equipment or process issues.
Maintain documentation and follow safety and quality standards.
What you'll need to get the job done
Basic knowledge of PCB assembly processes, electronic components, and ESD handling.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills for equipment adjustments.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow established production procedures.
