We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Halifax. This role involves supporting the planning and coordination of high-quality events that align with our clients’ objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion.
Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and schedules.
Support event setup and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure brand consistency and a superior guest experience across all events.
