This experienced and dynamic leader brings deep expertise in product management to provide strategic direction for our sales origination platform. How You’ll Succeed Strategy alignment - Ensure origination platform strategy aligns with broader Personal and Business Banking (PBB) strategy. Develop and deliver digital platform vision and roadmap to drive outcomes that are aligned to PBB Execution Drivers. Support optimization of multi-product sales origination across an omni-channel environment. Represent Frontline sales platforms in enterprise strategic origination discussions ensuring alignment across channels and products. Stakeholder engagement & cross functional collaboration - Ensure multiple groups of stakeholders are aligned with the delivery roadmap. This role will require extensive relationship building, executive level updates, issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with technology teams to execute the delivery roadmap and continuously improve the delivery model. Product leadership & execution excellence - Own the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, including backlog prioritization and agile delivery. Maintain and optimize an operating model that integrates frontline feedback, user analytics, and sentiment into product design and prioritization. Partner with Experience Design teams to ensure applications meet high user experience standards. Drive adoption and engagement by focusing on defined client and employee journeys. Provide overall digital product leadership and direction for agile delivery framework. Data-driven decision making - Utilize data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and maximize business value. Optimize multi-product adjudication and sales origination across omni-channel environments. Delivery & autonomous transformation – Lead continuous improvement efforts driving delivery efficiencies including leveraging AI capabilities. Who You Are You can demonstrate 10 to 15 years of work experience in product management and digital product leadership, preferably within financial services or a related industry. Your background also includes managing organizational change, implementing digital technologies, and overseeing experience design initiatives. You can demonstrate 10 to 15 years of work experience aligning strategy with business objectives, drive execution excellence with strong budget management experience. You can demonstrate in-depth experience in application of organizational change/effectiveness models as well as digital technologies including how to effectively leverage and align against business strategy. You also have comprehensive knowledge of client experience design and impacts of design decisions for our customer and employee experiences. You give meaning to data.
