Position Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service to all our customers both internally and externally. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity, organization, enthusiasm, a team-player mentality, and a drive to win. What You Will Do: Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team Perform accurate on-time order entry with 24 hours turnaround time Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices. Inform customers by e-mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays. Support Customer Service E-Mail and phones with order inquiries (ETA/tracking), price and availability, basic product information Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required Who You Are: A strong and effective communicator both verbal and written A results-oriented individual who delivers on business objectives Possess a team first attitude Someone with a passion for delighting the customer and delivering on service Detail oriented and have a sense of urgency Eager to give and receive feedback What You Will Bring: Minimum 1 years of experience in a Customer Service role Undergraduate degree or college diploma Good working knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset What You Will Get: Competitive Base Salary and Bonus Structure Health Benefits Coverage, including Vision Care, Dental Care, Wellness Programs, and more.
