You will use your expertise in project management methodology and leadership skills to manage application migration, CaaS and other foundational infrastructure projects to support CIBC’s strategy to migrate applications to public cloud. How You’ll Succeed Project Management – Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan Collaboration – Work closely with internal partners as well as external vendors. Ensuring alignment to business needs, negotiating delivery milestones and escalations with clear lines of communications throughout delivery. Deliver Flawlessly – Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Work with the team to identify areas to improve the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by the team and conformance to standards of tools and reporting Who You Are You can demonstrate strong experience in Project Management methodology, principles, and tools,.
