Your day-to-day may look like:
Provide all-around administrative support to various key General Managers & divisions throughout the organization
Provide orientations for new hires
Preparation of correspondence, meeting agendas, memos, reports and presentation material as instructed
Provide support and assistance in the coordination and communication of team meetings and division events
Management and organization of documentation including maintaining an accurate electronic filing system
Coordinate purchase of corporate gifts, along with arrangements for venue rentals and catering as required
You bring the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:
Preferred Qualifications:
3 - 5 years experience in Administration
Administrative certificate and/or diploma
Construction industry experience is considered an asset
Preferred Technical Skills:
MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
BambooHR
Sharepoint
Acumatica (ERP System)
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
