We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented team member who will play a critical role in supporting our Leasing Agents, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both prospective and current residents. Manage the full application review and lease completion process for communities assigned to you, from document collection review to approval and lease preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM and our leasing and property management systems.
Follow up with prospective residents to nurture leads and support leasing conversions, to ensure the application review to lease completion process operates efficiently.
Act as the bridge between Leasing Agents and internal teams to ensure smooth move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
Identify opportunities to improve leasing workflows, efficiency, and resident experience.
Customer Experience
Serve as the first point of contact for resident and leasing inquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
Deliver a welcoming, informed, and engaging experience that reflects CLV’s brand and values.
Foster positive relationships with residents and prospects through proactive communication and follow-up.
Support a culture of exceptional service by promoting empathy, respect, and responsiveness in every interaction.
Payment Processing & Collections
Process monthly rental payments and ensure timely posting within company systems.
Monitor overdue accounts and support collections efforts through courteous follow-ups and communication with residents.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues quickly and professionally.
Operational & Administrative Support
Prepare and maintain reports on leasing metrics and resident inquiries to support data-driven decision making.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in leasing, property management, accounting administration, or customer service preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in CRM software, property management systems (preferably Yardi), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with a customer-first, solutions-oriented mindset.
Positive, team-oriented energy with a collaborative and supportive approach.
Fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse community of residents and prospects preferred.
Most importantly, we are a small yet mighty team. This is a roll up your sleeves, help where you are needed kind of role. We are looking for a new team member who will support our success when and as needed, as our team will do for you when you need it.
This role is based in our offices five days a week, giving you the opportunity to work closely with your colleagues, learn from experienced professionals, and grow in a highly engaged team environment.
