Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our customer-focused team. This role is the central point of contact for clients, insurance partners, and our internal estimating and repair teams. Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
Schedule vehicle estimate appointments and manage daily workflow
Coordinate rental vehicles for customers
Communicate with insurance companies and internal staff
Provide regular updates to customers on repair status
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair progress
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar role an asset
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
