EQ3 is an innovative leader in furniture and accessory design with retail locations across Canada and the US and a rapidly growing eCommerce presence. We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead the dynamic retail team as a Trades Representative. This is a full-time position at EQ3 Winnipeg store, 1545B Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The trade representative's function is to stimulate business activity in a sector through outreach activities and partnerships by demonstrating an ability to support design projects through effective communications and organization, and unwavering monitoring.
THE SKILLS YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum two (2) years of retail sales experience
Excellent organization, problem-solving solving and project management skills
Confident in EQ3 operations and systems, including EQ3 POS system, STORIS and Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English
Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision, with a strong positive attitude
MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for growing and driving trade business
Outreach to new and existing design firms
Regular communication with new and existing designers to keep them engaged in the brand
Communication to designers about current events and promotions
Attends local trade shows as EQ3 Brand Ambassador
