Essential Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership - Define and execute Ledcor’s talent philosophy and strategy, aligning programs with business goals Learning & Development - Oversee enterprise learning initiatives, including leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training Talent Management - Lead succession planning, performance management, and career development frameworks Inclusion & Diversity - Champion I&D initiatives in partnership with executive councils and cross-functional teams Employee Engagement - Drive employee listening strategies and deliver actionable insights to enhance engagement Talent Marketing & Attraction - Shape Ledcor’s Employee Value Proposition and support strategic recruitment efforts Team Leadership - Inspire and guide a team of 25+ professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in talent strategy, learning, and employee engagement in large, complex organizations Broad HR knowledge, with experience navigating complex, multi-faceted HR organizations and aligning programs with overall people and business strategies Experienced people leader, adept at building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams to achieve enterprise goals Strong business acumen and ability to connect talent strategies to organizational outcomes through data-driven decision-making Executive presence and communication excellence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and represent HR initiatives with clarity and credibility across all levels Proven expertise in developing and delivering Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and employee engagement programs that strengthen culture and organizational performance Work Conditions: Travel to various sites and office locations (
