Understands complex financial aspect of project execution including other disciplines Masters understanding of project schedule including other disciplines. Able to successfully lead multiple mid size and/or very large/complex projects. Participates or leads in Process Improvement Initiatives. What We Are Looking for: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred 8+ years of successful experience in related field Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and drives resolution of those issues.
