Nous cherchons un(e) agent(e) service à la clientèle, pour un mandat temporaire jusqu’au 2 octobre 2026. En tant qu’agent(e) service à la clientèle, vous allez être responsable de la gestion des appels entrants liés à l’assurance individuelle assurant un service client et garantissant une bonne gestion des comptes clients. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Recevoir les appels des clients, identifier le besoin, communiquer les informations et les explications relatives aux différents produits de la ligne d'affaires Renseigner les clients sur les différentes modalités et procédures à suivre dans des cas particuliers ou problématiques Traiter en ligne les requêtes pouvant être répondues immédiatement et transmettre l'information nécessaire ou la demande aux départements concernés pour les traitements plus complexes touchant les produits Effectuer différentes tâches administratives dans les systèmes informatiques spécifiques à la ligne d’affaires Vos talents et qualifications : Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou l’équivalent Expérience au service à la clientèle et être confortable avec les conversations téléphoniques Une carrière dans une entreprise où la collaboration et la diversité des expertises sont mises à l’avant-plan vous intéresse?
