Travel Representative Overview
CAA Niagara is seeking a full-time Travel Representative to become part of our committed and adaptable team in Travel.
As a Travel Representative you will be working with our members and non-members on their travel needs, while streamlining the booking process, where your passion for travel will shine through. Join us in ensuring our members embark on seamless and extraordinary travels.

Master of the Travel Phone Realm
Dive into the action by tackling the travel department phone queue like a pro! Whether it's our cherished members or new explorers who dial in.
Booking Wizard
Facilitate seamless air, car, and hotel bookings within the captivating landscapes of North America.
Journey Promoter
Join the excitement in assisting our journeys department! Become skilled in selling multi-day coach tours, turning every traveler into a seasoned explorer.
Travel Buff
Sell additional travel services such as travel insurance.
Admin Ace
Navigate the paperwork seas with ease! Tackle administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sailing for our members.
Accuracy Ambassador
Ensure every reservation detail shines with accuracy, leaving our customers with smiles as bright as their destinations.
Requirements
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
Education: TICO Certification (or a willingness to obtain) | Post-Secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field. (asset).
Skills: Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service, sharp attention to detail, along with proficiency in Microsoft applications and a tech-savvy mindset, Comfortable thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Characteristics: A motivated and dynamic individual with a keen interest and passion for travel. Flourishes in collaborative settings, finding joy in teamwork. Demonstrates an open-minded approach, coupled with self-assurance and the ability to make decisions, and take the lead.
