We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager – International to spearhead our expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and the South Pacific. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape the future of our international snacking portfolio and build partnerships that unlock new markets.

What Your Days Look Like
Drive strategic sales growth across Asia, the Middle East, and South Pacific markets.
Lead and develop a high-performing regional team across China, Japan, and Malaysia.
Define and communicate a clear international growth strategy aligned with TAG’s objectives.
Build strong partnerships with major retailers and distributors to expand market reach.
Own demand forecasting and deliver a three-year growth roadmap through Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Collaborate with the Growth team to execute initiatives that accelerate international sales.
Ingredients for Success
12–15 years’ experience in business development and sales leadership across Asia.
Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and secure strategic partnerships.
Strong track record with global retail leaders such as Sam’s Club China, Aeon Group, and 7-Eleven.
Expertise in customer and distributor relationship management across diverse geographies.
Commercial acumen with a focus on delivering profitable growth.
Collaborative mindset and ability to operate strategically while driving hands-on execution.
