Job Description What is the opportunity? Join our Individual Pricing team as an Associate Director, where you will take a lead role in pricing and optimizing the participating whole life product suites. This position offers the chance to apply your actuarial expertise to shape sustainable and competitive product solutions in a dynamic market. Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact business growth. What will you do? •Lead the development and pricing of Par Whole Life products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Conduct profitability analysis, sensitivity testing and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making •Work as one Pricing team, lead various initiatives and projects for other individual insurance product lines as required •Manage projects related to product pricing, ensuring deliverables are met and expectations are effectively communicated •Collaborate with product development, Valuation, sales and underwriting to design competitive product offerings •Monitor industry trends and emerging risks to inform product innovation and development •Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth What will you need to succeed?
