THE ROLE
As our Digital Advertising Manager, you will oversee substantial budgets and spearhead innovative digital marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and search engine marketing initiatives for our Fortune 500 clients, utilizing our award-winning platform. Your focus will be on maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies and creative approaches. You will not only take ownership of our clients' success and continually strive for improvement but also play a key role in shaping the future of our technology by contributing to the development of cutting-edge tools.
Please note this is a primarily in-office role based out of our Vancouver office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create and manage complex ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Display, and Search) with meticulous precision
Master the Tradable Bits platform quickly and thoroughly
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise clients, helping them achieve their business goals using our platform
Collaborate with clients to develop innovative campaign ideas and digital strategies leveraging our platform
Proactively manage client accounts, including regular communication, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations
Troubleshoot client issues via phone, chat (Slack), email, and meetings
Keep clients informed about the latest digital marketing developments and best practices
Provide business intelligence, analytics and insights as required
MUST HAVE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Google Certifications are required as a minimum
2-5 years of relevant work experience in social media advertising, search ads, digital marketing
Proficiency in Excel / Google sheets is required; experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in Social Advertising, SEM, and performance advertising
Expert-level communication skills (speaking, writing, reading)
Demonstrated experience in account management, client support, or agency environments
Exceptional project management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
Excellent time management skills and adherence to deadlines, even under pressure
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/TRAITS
Experience with 3rd party campaign management platforms or CRM systems is a plus
Initiative to manage your own workload in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently as well as a contributing member of a team with a focus on company-wide success
Sense of humour, creativity, curiosity, and a drive for innovation
Experience with music or sports clients is a plus.
