Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Food & Beverage Team.
Available Opportunities Include:
Clubhouse Server
Oncourse Server
Note - preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (April 15 - October 15th)
Starting Rate: $16.89 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.89
What you will be doing:
Daily Opening and Closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts
Meal periods are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Function Help – occasionally assisting other departments in F&B
Group meals up to 150 people
Table set-ups, Buffet set-ups – arranging equipment
Attending the beverage cart stations on course
Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Loading and Unloading of product to/from storage rooms
Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
Driving the beverage cart on course. Serving Golfers
Basic maintenance of a wood burning fireplace (starting fire, stocking wood logs.. etc)

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Must have Pro-Serve Certification
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
Good knowledge of Golf Course Operations is required
Previous point-of-sale system experience required
Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
Valid Driver’s license
